Quietly on the edge of the forest — yet central
Aparthotel Tannenhof is at Badstraße 42, on the edge of the forest above the village. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the village centre and about 12 minutes to the Cassiopeia Therme, the Kurpark and the Roman bath ruins — mostly on pavements and without steep climbs.
⚠ Important when arriving
For historical reasons, our address Badstraße 42 refers to the back of the house — there is no entrance and no driveway there. The driveway to the car park and the hotel entrance are reached via the street Im Hinteren Vogelbach.
Please enter Tannenweg 2, 79410 Badenweiler into your sat-nav (please include the town — there is also a Tannenweg in Müllheim). That house is directly above the hotel; on the way there you will already see our car park and the hotel.

🚗 By car
Via the A5 (Karlsruhe–Basel), exit Müllheim/Neuenburg, then via Müllheim to Badenweiler (approx. 15 minutes). Sat-nav destination: Tannenweg 2, 79410 Badenweiler — driveway and entrance via Im Hinteren Vogelbach, not via Badstraße.
Parking: Free parking right by the house (access via Im Hinteren Vogelbach). In the village centre you can park for up to 30 minutes free of charge with a parking disc.
🚆 By train
The nearest station is Müllheim (Baden) on the Rhine Valley line Freiburg–Basel. You can find your connection to Müllheim on the Deutsche Bahn website (bahn.de) — where you can also enter “Badenweiler Vitteler Platz” directly as your destination.
Bus from Müllheim station: Line 650B (Müllheim – Niederweiler – Badenweiler), departing right at the station. Monday–Friday roughly every 30 minutes (hourly in the evening), Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays hourly, always at :15 past the hour. Journey time to Badenweiler approx. 20 minutes. Get off at: the Badenweiler Vitteler Platz stop — the stop after “Badenweiler Busbahnhof”, right by the Park Hotel Katharina.
Walk (approx. 7 minutes): At the stop, cross the road at the pedestrian crossing and walk back a little way on the opposite side — there the road forks: take the upper road, not the one the bus came along. Walking route in Google Maps
